Job Summary
As Production Manager, you'll lead multiple crew associates in landscape maintenance and enhancement services, ensuring work meets quality standards. Responsibilities include coaching employees, conducting safety operations, and preparing action plans for properties. You'll monitor production hours, allocate labor, and collaborate with the Sales team to enhance client satisfaction. Required skills include strong communication, organization, project management, and proficient use of Microsoft Office. A high school diploma or equivalent and prior related work experience are mandatory.

- Valid Driver’s License - Must meet insurance underwriting requirements
