Job Summary
Production Manager for the DACH region overseeing client-project coordination and field activities in a Swiss-tech scale-up. Responsibilities include operational planning, client/partner communication in German, French, and English, coordinating field teams and external stakeholders, assisting with QSE and safety follow-ups, monitoring field tasks and site visits, coordinating logistics for machines and equipment, and supporting administrative follow-up including invoicing coordination. Emphasis on multilingual client coordination, cross-functional collaboration, and driving project timelines in a fast-growing, innovative environment with international exposure. The role offers a permanent, full-time position in a dynamic startup setting with opportunities for growth and development.
