Job Summary
End-to-end project manage editorial, commercial, and special production streams within established timelines and budgets. Oversee production logistics, including vehicle bookings, permits, location scoping, and strict embargo schedules. Guide in-house logistics, photography, and videography teams while coordinating external freelance talent. Champion workplace health and safety by delivering pre-production briefs and managing compliance records. Maintain project workflows using MONDAY.com and modern AI tools. Deliver flagship automotive events and broadcast projects, including Drive's Car of the Year and EOFY campaigns. Manage production budgets, purchase orders, and monthly cost reporting. Requires full Australian driver's licence, experience in content production, and strong stakeholder management skills.
Required Qualifications
- Full Australian driver's licence
- Demonstrated experience in content production, media coordination, or a related operational role
- Proven track record in multi-project management utilising digital tools like MONDAY.com or equivalent platforms
- Experience overseeing production budgets, purchase orders, and monthly cost-tracking workflows
- Strong leadership abilities with experience coordinating small teams and external freelance contributors
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

- Sound working knowledge of production environment OH&S requirements and safety management practices
- Must already have the right to lawfully work and live in Australia
