Production Manager - Nights

Lead, oversee, and manage production, projects, and supervisors while executing material flow and daily operational improvements. Attend scheduled production management meetings, support corrective action follow-ups, and assist the Plant Manager in day-to-day activities. Handle production planning, scheduling, and material handling coordination across all shifts, including tank production and finished goods storage. Manage overtime and labor costs, reduce scrap, and ensure product quality meets customer and internal requirements. Identify shop supplies needs, support workforce engagement, and drive continuous improvement initiatives such as Andons and 5S. Coordinate with the quality department for root cause analysis and ensure all operational KPIs are met.
