Job Summary
Production Manager responsible for guiding daily manufacturing operations in a plant environment. Lead and direct departmental supervisors and employees to meet safety, quality, housekeeping, and cost targets; assist Plant Manager with setting goals/direction for production; collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering to propose capital projects and budgeting for the year; ensure effective leadership, training, and adherence to production schedules and standards.
Required Qualifications
- Four-year degree with at least 3 years relevant experience OR 7-10 years of equivalent work experience
- Must have good communication, leadership, and computer skills and have previous supervisory experience
