Job Summary
Oversee daily operations across three production shifts at a new manufacturing facility in Euclid, Ohio, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality output while driving productivity and continuous improvement. Establish processes, develop teams, and build a culture focused on safety, quality, and operational excellence from the ground up as the plant launches in October 2026. Manage multiple priorities with strong leadership and problem-solving skills, utilizing production planning software and Microsoft Office Suite. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Management, or Business Administration with 5+ years of production management experience. Includes travel to facilities throughout the US and Canada for pre-launch training.
Required Qualifications
- Valid passport
- Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience (5+years) in a production management role
- Experience in a manufacturing environment with multiple shifts
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety standards
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in production planning software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Desired Qualifications
