Production Manager

Job Summary
Lead and manage the production team to drive efficiency, maintain quality standards, and ensure alignment with budget and schedule goals. Plan, organize, and oversee daily production activities while guiding the team toward meeting key targets. Perform regular job site inspections for coaching on quality and safety, monitor project progress, and implement corrective actions as necessary. Cascade the company's vision, remove barriers, and hold employees accountable to expectations. Interview, select, onboard, and train employees, conduct performance reviews, and create opportunities for their growth. Collaborate with leadership to develop annual departmental goals and ensure assets like vehicles and equipment are properly maintained. Communicate with customers to ensure remarkable experiences and escalate issues to find timely solutions.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of management and team development or a combination of education and experience that illustrates a proven track record in this field
- Skill in operating a personal computer, cell phone, programs, and applications
- Ability to detect/recognize information in written materials and on screen roughly 50% of the time
- Ability to understand, communicate, read, and write in English
- Skill in verbal and written communication
- Strong computer and presentation skills
- A valid driver's license, a safe driving record, and the ability to drive for the company
- Proven ability to motivate, guide, and direct a team to reach and exceed business goals
- Ability to lift or move up to 100 lbs. on occasion
- Ability to move about and move to/from and work from the floor level or in crawl spaces
- Drug screen and background check required
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of construction or related trades is a plus but not required
- Skill in and ability to operate equipment and/or power tools preferred
