Production Manager (Metal Stamping)

Job Summary
Lead daily metal stamping production operations to meet output and delivery targets; drive productivity improvement through manpower optimization and process efficiency; control manufacturing costs, including labor utilization, scrap, and operational losses; identify and resolve production bottlenecks to improve throughput and line efficiency; coordinate with Production Planning, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Quality teams; ensure material availability and smooth production flow; support new model introduction and production ramp-up activities; lead and develop supervisors and shopfloor workforce, driving discipline and performance; drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Kaizen, waste reduction); standardize processes to sustain improvements and ensure operational consistency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial / Mechanical preferred)
- 8–12 years of experience in metal stamping or high-volume production
- 3–5 years in leadership role
- Strong leadership in shopfloor operations
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good command of English
