Job Summary
Lead and optimize daily production activities to meet output, quality, and efficiency targets while ensuring safe handling of all chemical manufacturing processes. Provide leadership for the team to execute Process Safety Management programs, including Management of Change, Hazard and Operability studies, risk assessments, and incident investigations. Define and monitor KPIs to track performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives across production lines for process optimization, energy efficiency, and waste reduction. Collaborate with global teams, EHS, Quality, and Engineering functions to address issues and ensure reliable manufacturing processes. Manage, coach, and develop a high-performing production team, conduct performance reviews, and structure roles to meet demand. Oversee digital manufacturing initiatives to improve process visibility and decision-making. Fluency in English is required for effective communication within multinational teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, Materials Engineering, Chemistry, or a closely related discipline
- at least 8 years of experience in chemical manufacturing, production, or process engineering
- clear track record of progressive leadership responsibility
- hands-on expertise in chemical handling, safety compliance, and Process Safety Management
- Management of Change (MOC)
- Hazard and Operability (HAZOP)
- risk assessments

- Fluency in spoken and written English
- open to regional travel as needed
- flexible to support shift operations where the role requires it
- adherence to all safety protocols
