Job Summary
Oversee and manage day-to-day production operations across multiple shifts, directing all plant activities and monitoring the implementation of productivity and lean initiatives. Resolve external business complaints by maintaining liaison with Quality and facility staff to investigate customer issues, while ensuring a safe, clean, and secure environment through strict enforcement of procedures. Initiate fixed capital requests, monitor preventative maintenance to minimize equipment downtime, and establish Key Performance Indicators to track strategy progress. Develop and mentor staff through on-boarding, training, and performance management processes to build team morale and ensure appropriate staffing. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or HSD
- 5 years of experience in manufacturing and Supply Chain (high volume production & warehouse, etc.) environment
- 5 years' experience managing people including hiring, developing, motivating, and directing people as they work
- Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Word, Excel, AS400, and SAP
