Job Summary
Lead all production operations at the Phoenix facility to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing execution; drive Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and workforce development; partner with Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, EHS, Maintenance, and Plant Leadership to implement scalable processes and a high-performance culture; oversee master production scheduling, budgeting, safety, quality, delivery, and cost while supporting startup/greenfield growth; provide coaching and mentoring to direct reports and drive talent development; ensure OSHA compliance and safety culture, and collaborate across functions to optimize performance; required background includes a Bachelor’s in Engineering, 7–10 years in manufacturing operations with leadership, and hands-on Lean/continuous improvement experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
- 7–10 years of manufacturing operations experience with progressive leadership responsibility
- Minimum 3–5 years leading production teams in an industrial manufacturing environment
- Experience implementing Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
- ERP/MRP systems experience
- Strong understanding of manufacturing workflows and industrial safety systems
