Job Summary
Develop detailed production plans based on market demand and order status, defining sequence, time nodes, and volume targets. Monitor real-time progress, schedule processes, and adjust resource allocation to ensure on-time delivery. Analyze cost components, optimize processes, and control raw material losses to improve economic benefits. Establish safety rules, conduct training, and inspect sites to eliminate hazards and prevent accidents. Manage equipment maintenance, repair, and overhaul plans to ensure normal operation. Communicate with sales on customer needs and collaborate with R&D on new product trials and feasibility.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in relevant majors such as mechanical manufacturing, mechatronics, chemical machinery, etc.
- 8 - 10 years or more of production management experience in the pump head and valve production industry or related machinery manufacturing industries
- Proficiency in the production technology and processes of pump heads and valves
- Familiarity with the operation, maintenance, and management of relevant production equipment
- Mastery of quality management systems and methods, such as ISO9001 and other quality management standards
- Ability to control and improve quality
- Familiarity with production cost accounting and control methods
- Ability to use management tools such as Lean Production and Six Sigma to optimize the production process and reduce costs
- Certain mechanical design and R & D capabilities
- Ability to participate in the research and development of new products and process improvements
- Fluency in German and English
