Job Summary
Production Manager oversees all daily production operations at the fiberglass pool manufacturing facility, driving safety, quality, efficiency, and team performance while aligning with core values. Responsible for leading production to meet schedules and labor targets, enforcing safety policies, maintaining product quality through process oversight and in-process inspections, supporting training and cross-training, applying lean principles to identify inefficiencies, generating performance reports, managing time and attendance, and conducting staff meetings and performance discussions. Strong emphasis on lean, safety, quality, and people management with experience in ERP, order resolution, and on-time delivery. Requires at least a high school diploma (degree preferred) and a minimum of 3 years in manufacturing or engineering, plus proficiency with Excel/databases/word processing; payroll-system experience and Lean/5S are pluses.
