Job Summary
Lead daily production operations in a high-speed, multi-SKU consumer products environment while ensuring alignment between production and warehouse operations to support throughput and inventory accuracy. Maintain a strong safety culture across all facility areas and drive adherence to quality standards, customer specifications, and regulatory requirements. Optimize line efficiencies, labor productivity, and waste reduction by setting staffing models and deploying labor effectively to meet changing demand. Monitor production rates versus standards, champion new product launches and line trials, and collaborate cross-functionally with warehouse, planning, quality, and maintenance teams. Develop supervisors and front-line leaders through coaching, training, and performance management to build a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of leadership experience in a high-speed manufacturing environment
- Strong background in: Warehouse operations and production-warehouse integration
- Strong background in: High-volume, multi-SKU production environments
- Strong background in: Consumer packaged goods or similar industries
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, fast-moving production schedules
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Proven success leading teams in a metrics-driven, performance-focused environment
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage all levels of the organization
- Strong organizational and project management skills
