Job Summary
Oversee daily operations of a seafood/meat production plant, driving production efficiency, quality standards, and safety compliance. Lead staff through recruitment, training, and performance evaluations; develop and implement production schedules, plant policies, and cost controls. Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and logistics to ensure timely delivery, manage inventory, and continuously improve processes to reduce costs. Requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills, with knowledge of safety regulations and quality assurance; bachelor’s degree and 5- to 10-year manufacturing/operations background, plus bilingual Spanish proficiency.
Required Qualifications
