Job Summary
Own end-to-end production execution for JAG, driving on-time-in-full delivery across seasonal collections by managing the critical path from PO placement to bulk delivery. Directly oversee vendor and factory relationships for CMT and FOB models, resolving bottlenecks with offshore partners in China, Vietnam, and India while maintaining accurate data in Style Arcade and the Development Cost Tracker. Lead sourcing conversations to improve margins, consolidate fabric requirements, and ensure compliance with ethical and environmental policies. Report on production budgets, cost of goods, and margin performance to senior leadership, embedding sustainable practices into the supply chain. This role supports the Senior Designer and General Manager to protect margin and enable reliable delivery, aligning with APG & Co's mission to bring style to life through operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years' experience in production or sourcing management within fashion/apparel, ideally at brand or group level
- Proven experience working with both CMT and FOB production models
- Proven experience managing offshore manufacturing across key regions, including Vietnam, China, India
