Production Manager

Plan, direct, and coordinate operations for production, machinery, processing, and packaging departments. Recruit, interview, and hire Assistant Manufacturing Managers, Line Managers, and MITs while coaching them through the hiring process. Define and implement manufacturing strategies aligned with campus directions, prepare timely forecasts, and analyze cost trends to streamline processes and reduce expenses. Establish measurable goals, drive continuous improvement through metrics management, and ensure 100% adherence to safety, quality, and security policies. Monitor team turnover, create succession plans, and facilitate knowledge exchange with other Jabil facilities. Bachelor's degree preferred with five years in manufacturing supervision.
