Job Summary
Operational leadership in the plant's Converting, Adhesive, and Coating departments, directing supervisors and production teams to achieve safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement goals. Develop and execute manufacturing plans to meet service, quality, efficiency, and waste-reduction objectives; implement IPS performance metrics; drive employee engagement and continuous improvement; align operational vision with site objectives; optimize technology and processes; manage labor and capital resources with effective scheduling; collaborate with internal departments and external partners as part of the site leadership team; contribute to annual performance planning and related duties.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Engineering, Business Administration, or another relevant technical discipline
- 3+ years of supervisory or management experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite)
- Experience managing manufacturing projects and implementing continuous improvement (Lean Six Sigma, IPS)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage high workloads, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced production environment
