Job Summary
Direct all aspects of the location's production department, including visiting work sites, directing production schedules, and coordinating activities for installers. Manage team performance, handle full human resources functions from interviewing to development, and solicit new business while maintaining existing accounts. Improve productivity and profitability through effective strategies and ensure customer satisfaction. Requires local travel under 50%, flexible evening and weekend hours, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license (if operating a vehicle for company purposes)
- 4+ years of increasing responsibility and managerial experience
- Bi-lingual English/Spanish (preferred)
- Travel is required
- Flexible schedule may include evening and weekend hours as required by job demand
- Physical strength to lift up to 50 pounds
