Job Summary
Oversee all production processes and operations for the 925 site, leading a team of 50+ employees across Precast, 2nd Ops, and Packaging while managing a budget up to $2M. Execute and optimize production schedules to meet demand for finished goods, balancing quality, cost, and on-time delivery across multiple product lines. Champion compliance with regulatory and quality standards in a GMP-regulated environment, resolving operational challenges that impact safety, quality, or throughput. Partner cross-functionally with Planning, QC, Manufacturing Engineering, R&D, and Marketing to ensure smooth new product introductions and lifecycle transitions. Based in Hercules, CA, this role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 10+ years of manufacturing experience, and 8-10 years in supervisory management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or related field
- 10+ years manufacturing production experience, preferably in a regulated environment, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 8-10 years of supervisory/management experience
- Familiarity with SAP and other manufacturing materials systems
- Location: This position must be based in Hercules, CA and requires the employee to be located within commuting distance of the office
