PRODUCTION MANAGER I

Lead and coordinate multiple teams to achieve operational targets and departmental objectives within a manufacturing plant. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, manage KPIs (safety, quality, delivery, cost, people), diagnose gaps, implement corrective actions, and coordinate cross-functional projects. Build and sustain strong cross-functional relationships, plan workforce needs and training with leadership, optimize operating systems related to sample production and internal communication, emphasize safety and employee well-being, audit production and safety processes, and contribute to plant strategy as part of the leadership team. Requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and ability to deliver measurable improvements in an automotive manufacturing environment.
