Job Summary
Oversee and support production management tasks including scheduling, data entry, and reporting; coordinate technician workflow and ensure coverage for production activities; assist in establishing and improving a more organized production management system; monitor on-site production operations and assist with assembly and testing of HRSEA production products; provide backup support for assembly and testing when technicians are unavailable; identify production-related issues and communicate them to management; support continuous improvement of production control processes and on-site efficiency; collaborate with production management, technicians, and cross-functional teams to reduce delays and losses.
Required Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of experience in production management, production control, manufacturing operations, or a related field
- Experience coordinating or supervising technician-level staff in a production or manufacturing environment preferred
- Ability to perform both administrative production management duties and hands-on production support, including assembly, testing, or related manufacturing processes
- Proficiency in basic PC applications, including Microsoft Excel, Outlook, data entry, and reporting
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively with technicians, management, and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
