Job Summary
Production Manager leads HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical installation projects; oversees multiple projects, coordinates labor/materials/equipment, and ensures safety, quality, codes compliance, and customer satisfaction. Serves as liaison between customers, technicians, inspectors, suppliers, and office staff; monitors progress, budgets, and reporting; trains and mentors installation personnel; maintains project documentation and enforces company policies.
Required Qualifications
- Previous management experience in HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, or a related construction/service industry.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong computer and organizational skills.
- Working knowledge of industry standards, installation practices, and applicable building codes.
- Ability to communicate professionally with customers, vendors, coworkers, and leadership.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
