Production Manager

Manage the store sales team to ensure customers receive timely, friendly assistance while maintaining a clean environment for staff and patrons. Conduct and lead weekly manual inventory audits, including unpacking heavy boxes up to 60 pounds, and oversee inventory counts and merchandising to maintain visual impact in window displays and on the floor. Order store supplies, help with scheduling coverage, and establish rapport with return customers and the local community. Report customer feedback and resolve building maintenance issues. Assist with marketing merchandise and in-store events via social media. This role requires three years of retail management experience and knowledge of POS systems and Shopify.
