Job Summary
Direct shopfloor execution across textile manufacturing and assembly lines by translating regional demand plans into weekly schedules and optimizing daily workflows for cutting, sewing, and packaging departments. Formulate operational budgets, allocate raw material resources, and enforce cost-containment principles to minimize scrap and maximize yields. Supervise shift supervisors, operators, and quality inspectors while maintaining EHS compliance and resolving personnel issues. Partner with Quality Control teams to ensure product specifications meet standards, oversee machinery maintenance to prevent downtime, and present production metrics and OEE trackers to management. Champion Lean manufacturing practices and 5S systems to eliminate waste, ensuring packaging aligns with strict brand guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Textile Technology, Materials Science, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 5+ years of active supervisory or managerial experience leading production operations within a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experienced with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) databases
