Job Summary
Lead production operations to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives while developing strategies to improve productivity, increase yield, and reduce operational waste. Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies, partnering with Engineering, Supply Chain, and Quality teams to optimize schedules and resource allocation. Ensure production equipment maintenance is planned to minimize downtime, manage production budgets, and establish clear goals that support operational excellence. Build and coach high-performing teams while ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in manufacturing operations leadership
- Experience implementing Lean Manufacturing tools and continuous improvement initiatives
- Strong knowledge of workplace health, safety, and environmental practices, including OSHA regulations
- Demonstrated success in change management, team development, and leading operational transformation
- Location: Jefferson City, Missouri, United States of America
