Job Summary
Oversee daily production of ultrasonic tooling, optimizing efficiency and throughput while supervising tool shop employees in day-to-day activities, reviews, and training. Execute production schedules aligned with business unit and customer priorities, manage raw material stock levels, and interface with the purchasing department on replenishment. Maintain the machinery upkeep program and enforce quality and safety regulations, participating in corrective actions as necessary. Requires at least five years of relevant work experience, knowledge of machining processes and CNC machines, and proficiency in MS-Office and ERP production systems. Herrmann Ultrasonics develops machines that join plastics, packaging materials, nonwovens, and metals with ultrasonic vibrations for industries including medical, electronics, food, and automotive.

- Execute production schedule according to business unit and customer priorities
- Manage raw material stock levels and interface with purchasing department on replenishment
- Responsible for maintenance program and upkeep on all machinery
- Enforce quality and safety regulations, participating in corrective actions when necessary
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience
- Knowledge of machining processes and CNC machines
- Strong leadership, coaching, problem-solving and organizational skills
- Good communication skills
- Proficiency in MS-Office (Excel, PP, Word, Teams) and ERP production systems
