Production Manager (Heat Exchanger)

Job Summary
Lead high-volume heat exchanger and coil manufacturing operations, ensuring safe, stable, and efficient production while achieving quality, cost, and on-time delivery targets. Drive shopfloor performance, process stability, and workforce capability; collaborate with Quality and Engineering to improve process capability and reduce defects; lead Lean, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives; oversee production planning, ramp-up activities, and cross-functional coordination to maintain material availability and smooth production flow.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing preferred)
- 8–12 years of experience, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role
- Experience in heat exchanger, coil, piping, or process-driven manufacturing
- Strong leadership in high-volume production environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively
