Job Summary
Schedule service visits using route optimization tools and assign electricians for residential service calls and generator repairs. Answer inbound customer inquiries, manage automatic billing cycles, and resolve escalations. Organize service parts and materials, report weekly and monthly KPIs to corporate, and interview candidates for store locations. Track projects from sales through completion, collect payments, and set opening and closing schedules. This role supports Generator Supercenter, the number one Generac dealer in North America, ensuring efficient operations and customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in production management, scheduling, or service coordination
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Experience handling customer escalations professionally
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
