The Production Manager for the G-Project in electronic manufacturing is primarily responsible for coordinating shift supervisors, ensuring production quality and efficiency, managing manpower, and adhering to safety and environmental regulations. This role requires effective communication, organization, and a deep understanding of the production process.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum school leaving certificate
- At least 2 years of management experience in electronics product manufacturing
- Good communication skills to all levels
- Be a good organizer, delegator and reliable
- Ability to prioritize, make decisions
- Ability to work shifts, overtime according to business needs
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in the server assembly/manufacturing field or electronics assembly field preferred
- High level PC skills
- Full knowledge of the production process
- Global knowledge of engineering principles
