Job Summary
Oversee daily back-room operations at a store location, lead a small team, coordinate inbound freight, receiving inventory, listing products, shipping products, and various other logistics operations. Ensure inventory accuracy of 98%+, manage operations within budget, hire/train/motivate staff, uphold brand and store standards, and drive continuous improvement in collaboration with senior leadership to launch new processes aligned with company strategy.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of supervisory experience
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Detail-oriented and efficient
- Team player with a strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn and adapt
- Comfortable with technology (iOS experience a plus)
