Production Manager for Theatre

Job Summary
Coordinate annual production calendars, scheduling rehearsals and performances, while managing student team assignments and departmental logistics. Secure performance rights, vendor contracts, and guest artists in collaboration with the Artistic Director. Lead administrative support for faculty and designers, maintain production records, and oversee communications with students, partners, and external vendors. Partner with PBA Advancement to develop marketing campaigns and fundraising initiatives, tracking audience data and financial reports to assess program impact. Manage social media publicity and assist in community outreach efforts with schools and arts organizations. Requires 3+ years of theatre production management experience, ability to work non-routine hours, and Bachelor's degree preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Post high school training
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of experience in theatre production management or related field
- Ability to work non-routine hours during certain times of the year
- Ability to lift/move objects up to 25 pounds
- Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to traverse campus and stairs
