Job Summary
Lead multi-line, multi-shift Production operations to achieve safety, quality, service, cost, and productivity objectives. Drive key manufacturing KPIs including OEE, Throughput, Labor Efficiency, Yield, Downtime Reduction, Schedule Adherence, and Cost Per Unit. Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, regulatory, and workplace safety standards while supporting audits and inspections. Develop, coach, and lead production teams through training, performance management, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives. Partner with Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain to implement Continuous Improvement projects, Capital Investments, and New Product launches.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Food Science, Operations Management, or Supply Chain
- At least 5 years of leadership experience managing multiple Production Lines and Shifts in a high-volume Food manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of Food Safety, Quality, and Regulatory requirements, including FDA, FSMA, GMP, HACCP, BRC, SQF and OSHA standards
- Experience in highly Automated manufacturing environments; industrial Bakery experience strongly preferred
- Ability to drive operational performance through KPI management, Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing, and data-driven decision-making
