Production Manager - Fly Systems

Job Summary
Maintain fly and rigging systems throughout the Performing Arts Center by testing, operating, repairing, and optimizing equipment off event. During load-in and load-out, act as a safety ambassador to identify unsafe situations, verify operational systems, and assist technical directors and crews in accessing production gear. Provide training for local crews on ACPA systems and ensure event spaces are restored for upcoming users. Continuously assess equipment for future use and recommend improvements. Clean, organize, and maintain production spaces while enforcing strict safety protocols and ACPA policies. Work 8-hour shifts including weekends and overtime as approved.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Two years of technical live event experience
- Ability to identify and correct safety infractions at moment's notice
- Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar
