Job Summary
Lead daily production, blending, packaging, receiving, and warehouse operations while managing an Assistant Production Manager, line leads, and hourly employees. Build production schedules based on demand and seasonal needs, oversee inventory accuracy, and enforce quality standards and safety compliance. Monitor KPIs including uptime, scrap, and labor efficiency, coordinate with maintenance for equipment issues, and manage seasonal staffing and training. Serve as the operational liaison with key suppliers and support satellite warehouse operations. Fluency in English and Spanish required; 5+ years of leadership experience in production environments required.
