Job Summary
Production Manager responsible for supporting new product introduction, design changes, process improvements, and test procedures; monitor work orders and production planning; develop budgets and forecast costs; manage material, equipment, and manpower needs; prioritize production schedules to meet customer demand; coordinate with planning and distribution; recruit and develop production personnel; ensure manufacturing performance meets quality and cost targets; lead negotiations and resolve conflicts with key customers and stakeholders; oversee budgets and production schedules; maintain relationships with customers and drive cross-functional collaboration to achieve plant objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years in operations
- Strong expertise in manufacturing or related technical areas (Backend/ SMT)
- Advanced leadership, process management, and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of multiple manufacturing processes and cross-functional dependencies
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, databases)
