Job Summary
Manage operational activities including priorities through supervisors, minimize operational expenditures in cost centers, and ensure overall team performance meets company goals. Provide coaching and mentoring to drive operational results while ensuring the team adheres to established policies and procedures. Coordinate people, processes, equipment, and materials to meet production targets and continuously improve performance. Work an assigned 2nd shift schedule from 2p to 10p Mon-Fri with flexibility for overtime including weekends and holidays. Requires valid unrestricted U.S. work authorization; no sponsorship available.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years' experience in operations/production environment
- 2+ years of previous management experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, military, or education
- Valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization
- 2nd shift Mon-Fri 2p-10p
- Flexibility in schedule to work required overtime that includes weekends and holidays
Desired Qualifications
- A high school diploma, equivalent work, or a combination of work, education and military experience
- 12+ months Production/Warehouse Experience in High-Speed Operation or similar
- A team player that works well with others but can also work independently
