Job Summary
Lead daily EMV production operations to meet output, quality, and delivery targets; manage Lean initiatives, KPI oversight, and cost controls while developing a high-performing operations team. Partner with maintenance to ensure equipment uptime; drive root-cause analysis for scrap/rework; implement standard work and process optimization; manage departmental budget and provide monthly performance and P&L insights. Collaborate across Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Maintenance to resolve issues and support new product introductions. Travel internationally as needed and ensure compliance with EMV, security, and regulatory requirements; maintain focus on safety, environmental compliance, and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of manufacturing/operations leadership experience
- Strong analytical skills, including statistical reasoning
- Experience with operational controls, manufacturing processes, logistics, safety, and quality systems
- Demonstrated leadership experience developing teams and driving performance
- Experience with Lean manufacturing and GMP principles
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- High standards of personal integrity
