Job Summary
Production Manager for live, virtual and hybrid events leading onsite and remote delivery, shaping technical solutions and managing production from concept to execution. Responsibilities include leading production delivery across multiple productions, budgeting support, developing technical specifications (lighting, sound, AV, IT, construction), coordinating with suppliers and crew, creating and distributing action plans, ensuring timelines and show running orders are followed, client communications and requirement updates, producing the production execution plan, ensuring safety and sustainability procedures, and maintaining equipment and records. Requires strong knowledge of event production workflows, vendor management, budgeting, health & safety, and familiarity with virtual meeting platforms; CAD skills are advantageous.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in Technical or Production Management
- Proven experience managing complex productions with multiple vendors and large crews
- Deep knowledge of event production workflows, tech specs, and health & safety regulations
- Good working knowledge of Virtual meeting platforms/technologies
- Commercial awareness and the ability to own applicable elements of production budgets
- Experience of working with suppliers and managing vendor relationships
- A keen understanding of the Events industry and the media/facilities/technology available
