Job Summary
Oversee daily production operations, scheduling, workflow optimization, and on-time order fulfillment while maintaining quality and cost targets. Lead, train, and manage production staff, enforcing accountability, safety standards, and a strong team culture. Manage equipment maintenance, preventative maintenance programs, facility organization, and machine uptime to ensure smooth operations. Monitor inventory, materials, KPIs, and operational processes while driving continuous improvement, waste reduction, and efficiency initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in a Production Manager or manufacturing leadership role
- Proven experience managing teams and driving operational performance
- Experience with production systems, SOP implementation, and process optimization
- Knowledge of equipment maintenance, safety standards, and manufacturing best practices
