Production Manager

Lead manufacturing and maintenance operations at the Pilar plant, managing people, materials, and equipment to ensure production executes under safety, quality, and sustainability standards while meeting the production plan on time. Drive cultural and operational change to mature Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and implement autonomous maintenance, professional maintenance, Lean, and 5S standards to sustain roadmap objectives. Develop high-performance teams, monitor key performance indicators including safety, quality, and costs, and administer the area budget to control operational expenses. Coordinate with cross-functional areas such as Supply Chain, Quality, and Finance to ensure operational continuity and compliance with legal and internal regulations. Participate in internal and external audits and committee leadership to support continuous improvement initiatives.
