Job Summary
Production Manager responsible for maintaining regulatory compliance and safety, overseeing production lines for efficient use of resources, driving operational excellence through a metrics-driven plan, leading Production Supervisors, implementing continuous improvement (Right 1st Time) culture, coaching and developing staff, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to sustain ethics and credibility while coordinating with internal resources to support plant operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and/or five years of experience in a similar position, or ten years of related plastic molding experience in an ISO-certified facility and/or training.
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (preferred)
- Experience managing Production Supervisors and directing plant operations; ability to hire, train, coach, and evaluate staff; strong leadership and organizational skills.
