Job Summary
Plan, organize, and control all production activities for PVC stabilizers and metal soaps while enforcing strict adherence to safety standards, SOPs, and permit-to-work systems. Coordinate operations to achieve volume and quality targets, optimize resource utilization, and manage production stock variances through accurate ERP postings. Lead incident investigations, drive Lean manufacturing initiatives to reduce scrap, and collaborate with R&D on technical scale-ups. Monitor key performance indicators including OEE and manufacturing cost per ton, while coaching a large team of over 60 personnel. Requires a Bachelor's in Chemical Engineering, 8–12 years of manufacturing experience, and proficiency in SAP. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, Chemistry, or Manufacturing Engineering
- Minimum 8–12 years of experience in a chemical production/manufacturing environment
- At least 5 years of experience in a managerial role (Production Manager level)
- Proven ability to lead large teams (60+ personnel) and manage cross-functional relationships with Supply Chain, Sales, and R&D
- In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and HACCP standards
Desired Qualifications
- Proficiency in SAP (PP/MM modules) and digital KPI dashboards is highly preferred
