Job Summary
Oversee daily production operations, develop detailed schedules, and allocate resources to meet project deadlines while troubleshooting bottlenecks in real time. Conduct real-time quality inspections, monitor defect rates, and drive Lean initiatives including One-piece-flow and Kaizen events to optimize workflows and eliminate waste. Lead the production team by defining clear expectations, maintaining engagement through regular feedback, and ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols and building security. Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, estimating, and project management to support successful rollouts and provide technical input on engineering drawings.
