Job Summary
Directs and coordinates production activities by establishing standards, budgets, and priorities for manufactured home output. Confers with management to define specifications and delivery dates, then reviews operational reports to identify and resolve quality or equipment issues. Develops procedures to improve product quality and revises schedules based on production problems. Manages subordinate supervisors through hiring, training, performance appraisals, and conflict resolution. Coordinates efforts with procurement, maintenance, and quality control to optimize resource utilization.

- One-year certificate from college or technical school
- 2 to 3 years related experience and/or training
