Production Manager

Job Summary
Supervise and coordinate the production line activities, develop schedules, resolve problems, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards. Create and maintain production process reports, tool performance logs, incident records, and inventory documentation; share with management and propose improvements in safety, productivity, and quality. Maintain and update SOP and quality/safety documentation to ensure processes and products meet established standards. Lead daily activities of production line workers, assign tasks, ensure cross-team coordination, safeguard their safety, and monitor performance. Onboard new hires, manage scheduling and shift conflicts, monitor safety, and promote internal communication to foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Proficiency in problem solving, data collection/analysis, performance management, and planning/organization to drive operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Industrial, or related field
- 5 years of experience in painting processes
- Basic English
- Willingness to work rotating shifts
- Presence required on-site six days a week
