Job Summary
Landscape Production Manager responsible for supervising 10-20 commercial properties, overseeing 4-7 crews, and ensuring timely, within-budget landscape maintenance and enhancement projects. Lead site inspections for quality assurance, allocate labor/equipment/materials efficiently, drive safety compliance, manage budgets for profitability, and use Aspire software to track progress and generate reports. Requires a bachelor’s degree (horticulture/landscape architecture or related field), 5+ years in landscape management/operations, strong leadership and communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Aspire, and a valid driver’s license. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in horticulture, landscape architecture, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in landscape management, operations, or related role
- Proven project management and leadership experience
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Aspire software
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
