Job Summary
Oversee and manage all aspects of production to ensure efficient workflow and timely project completion, including coordinating with installation teams, contractors, and suppliers. Implement best practices for quality control, monitor project budgets and timelines, and resolve issues that arise during the production process. Lead, mentor, and assess production staff while providing regular updates to senior management on performance and challenges. This role requires 5+ years of production management experience and involves physical tasks on job sites in various conditions. Base salary starts at $90,000 plus monthly incentives, with full benefits including 401(k) matching, health insurance, and a company vehicle.
