Job Summary
Production Manager role in automotive collision repair facilities in Sydney’s Western suburbs. Deliver high quality repairs in a timely manner and maintain a safe working environment. Schedule daily work for the Production team, provide direction on tasks and timelines, and develop a team capable of optimum performance with coaching and support. Ensure correct repair processes are followed and assess vehicles after production stripping to identify additional parts. Requires experience managing an automotive repair business (collision repair preferred), strong leadership and people-management skills, and a trade qualification in panel beating and/or spray painting. Must have intermediate computer literacy, excellent organizational skills, and Australian working rights (permanent resident welcomed).
