Job Summary
Production Manager overseeing scheduling and on-floor production activities, including stressing, setup, pouring, and stripping beds, with ~90% time on the production floor. Responsible for safety, quality, and cost performance (P&L), supervising production crews, maintaining open communication, coordinating with Scheduling/Yard managers, supporting daily schedules, and driving continuous improvement. Requires college degree or leadership experience, 1-3 years of supervisory experience, PCI Level II within 2 years, and MS Office proficiency. Required Qualifications
- College degree or one year of applicable leadership experience
- 1-3 years of supervisor experience
- PCI Level II within two years of hire
- Experience with MS Office
- Interpersonal communication skills

- Knowledge of the products the company uses and which would work best
- Ability to organize schedules, people, and equipment for maximum production
